Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we do everything we can to strengthen our floral products and ensure the quality, precision and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as expected or whether a designer has created something you will enjoy. Because we are constantly looking for ways to control some of these variables to improve floral performance, we welcome your comments and questions. Additionally, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate action immediately.
